Heavy-Duty Design. Rough Country's new Rack and Pinion Kit for the Polaris Ranger RZR 800 S is a unique, durable design that outperforms the stock OE. Utilizing a 22mm connecting shaft and 18.8mm spline diameter, this unit is sure to tackle any terrain. Boasting a black e-coat Rough Country's Rack and Pinion not only looks good but is corrosion and chip resistant! You will experience a smoother, more responsive ride thanks to our upgraded features.

Upgraded Steering Shaft. Rough Country's Rack and Pinion Kit includes a heavy-duty upgraded steering shaft. Including hot forged u-joint yokes and offering approximately 10% increase in U-Joint Bearing Diameter (9.375%) this rugged unit is strong enough to face the toughest terrain.

Installation and Warranty: Our Rack and Pinion Kit comes with the hardware you need for easy installation. Rough Country's industry-leading limited warranty is included for your peace of mind.
